bdook operates an online casino and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between bdook ("we", "our", "platform") and the person using the platform ("you", "member", "player").

Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all associated accounts will be suspended or closed and any accumulated bonuses will be considered void.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination.

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

bdook supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

To complete a withdrawal, your account verification must be finished and any active bonus wagering requirements must be met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳10,000 or more applies the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, bringing the total balance to ৳18,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer can only be claimed once.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus.
• The deposited amount can be withdrawn while a bonus is active, but wagering requirements apply to the bonus and any winnings earned from it.
• bdook reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is any suspicion of bonus abuse or manipulation.
• Each promotion has its own expiry period; if wagering is not completed within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.

bdook rewards regular players across three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

Players can move up to higher VIP tiers through regular and active play. bdook's decision on the benefits of each tier, how cashback is calculated, and tier changes is final.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Using fraudulent methods, bots, or automated software.
• Abusing the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing or using another player's account.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems.

6.2 Game Results

All game outcomes on bdook are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). Ensuring fair play is our highest priority.

bdook may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• A proven breach of the Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Violation of the age requirement.
• Security concerns arising on the account.
• By order of a court, regulatory authority, or law enforcement agency.

Upon account termination, associated bonuses and bonus winnings will be voided. However, whether the original deposited funds are returned will be decided based on the circumstances of each individual case.
